We only accept returns requested within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide photos and/or videos along with a description of the issue.

All returns must be reviewed and approved before being sent back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Depending on the situation, we may provide a return label, replacement parts, a partial refund, or a full refund.

For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. Items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unassembled, and returned with its original product box, manuals, and all components, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note that while our instruction manual may mention that glue and batteries are included, this is because they are necessary for assembly. However, all our product listings state that we do not include glue or batteries in our kits for shipment; this is to comply with shipping regulations. As a result, returns due to the absence of glue or batteries will not be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We can also initiate an exchange if preferred.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please provide photos and/or videos along with a brief description of the issue so we can review and help make it right.
