Refund policy

At BitsyHomes, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide photos and/or videos along with a description of the issue. Upon review, we will provide a return label to print and attach to your package for the return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note that while our instruction manual may mention that glue and batteries are included, this is because they are necessary for assembly. However, all our product listings state that we do not include glue or batteries in our kits for shipment; this is to comply with shipping regulations. As a result, returns due to the absence of glue or batteries will not be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We can also initiate an exchange if preferred. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
